HULLGUARD
The Hullguard emits an ultrasound wave
directly to the hull of the ship, and the entire hull is protected
from algae growth. Great for docked houseboats and other watercrafts
that require yearly cleanup and anti-fouling treatments.
Hullguard prevents or discourages adhesion of
foul on the hull. Foul chooses stable surfaces to attach itself too,
but Hullguard will make the hull unstable and should thus discourage
the settlement of Ficopomatus Enigmaticus on these surfaces.
Coverage in water :
30-60ft per unit, multiple units for larger vessels are installed.
The
Hullguard is designed as one single unit with no additional control
or power box. The unit is simple to install and is powered by your
low-voltage onboard power supply.
